As president and owner, Jake Suderman personally commits to complying with his duties under the Act, taking every reasonable precaution for the protection of workers in the workplace.
Supervisors at Double J will always be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. These individuals are subject to various duties in the workplace, including the mandate to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
While there is an onus on the management here at Double J for workplace safety, every worker employed by us is encouraged and required to protect his or her own health and safety as well by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established by the employer. Workers will receive information, training, and competent supervision in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety.
As we go about our daily lives at home and at work, it is in the best interest of everyone around us to consider health and safety.
